IPO Details
Stallion India IPO has successfully completed its IPO process and is now listed on the NSE and BSE. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the IPO was a book-built issue with a total issue size of ₹199 Crore, comprising a fresh issue of 1.79 Crore equity shares aggregating to ₹160.73 Crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 43.03 Lakh equity shares aggregating to ₹38.72 Crore by the existing shareholders.
