About S.D. International Limited
Incorporated in 2008, S.D. International Ltd. is engaged in the manufacturing of semi-rigid and rigid packaging products for the food and FMCG sectors in India. Its product portfolio comprises in-mould labelled containers, tamper-evident containers, takeaway containers, sipper glasses, PET containers, sauce cups, leak-resistant containers, agro and punnet boxes, bakery packaging products, lids, meal boxes and PP sealable containers.
The Company primarily operates under a B2B business model, supplying packaging products to customers and distributors based on their specific dimensional, structural and aesthetic requirements.
As of Fiscal 2026, the Company offered more than 250 SKUs catering to a diverse range of end-use industries, including takeaway and food-service establishments, dairy, sweets and confectionery, bakery, branded food products and agro-based industries.
As of March 31, 2026, the Company had 834 customers, of which more than 500 had been associated with the Company for at least the preceding three Fiscals.
The Company operates two manufacturing facilities at GIDA, Gorakhpur, and an additional manufacturing facility through its subsidiary at Sandila, Hardoi.
As of August 31, 2026, the Company had a workforce comprising approximately 370 full-time employees and 77 contractual labourers.
