About Sanghvi Housing & Infrastructure Limited
Incorporated in 2005, Sanghvi Housing & Infrastructure Limited is a real estate development company engaged in the construction and development of residential and commercial projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Thane district in Maharashtra. The Company operates under the brand name “Sanghvi Realty”.
The Company primarily focuses on the redevelopment of existing residential properties and housing societies, particularly in established urban locations. In addition, it undertakes greenfield development projects on suitable land parcels acquired by the Company.
The Company has a portfolio of 31 projects, with an aggregate total developable area of approximately 54.83 lakh sq. ft. and a total saleable area of approximately 21.82 lakh sq. ft. The portfolio comprises 28 redevelopment projects and three greenfield projects.
As of the date of the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), the Company's redevelopment portfolio comprised five completed projects, nine ongoing projects and 14 upcoming projects. These projects are undertaken through a combination of subsidiaries, associates and direct operations of the Company.
The Company's projects are located across established residential micro-markets in Mumbai, including Santacruz, Girgaon, Vile Parle, Andheri, Bandra, Lalbaug, Jogeshwari, Borivali, Matunga, Goregaon, Malad, Dharavi, Mahim, Gamdevi, Tardeo, Worli and Sion, as well as locations in Thane district. This geographical presence provides the Company with exposure to residential real estate markets across various parts of the MMR.
As of the date of the DRHP, the Company had 10 subsidiaries and six associates, reflecting its project execution and development structure. As of August 31, 2026, the Company, together with its subsidiaries, had a total of 44 permanent employees.
