About Pentacle Consultants (I) Limited
Incorporated in November 2006, Pentacle Consultants (I) Limited is a consultancy company providing design engineering, project management consultancy and specialised advisory services across India and international markets. The Company offers services throughout the infrastructure project lifecycle, including studies and planning, feasibility studies, transportation and urban planning, design engineering, preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), project and programme management, construction supervision, contract administration and specialised technical advisory services. It also provides consultancy services for residential, commercial and real estate developments, covering planning, design engineering and project management.
The Company has experience in large-scale and complex infrastructure projects, including the Nagpur–Mumbai Super Communication Expressway (Samruddhi Mahamarg), Versova–Bandra Sea Link, Uttan–Virar Sea Link, Pune Ring Road and Greenfield Konkan Expressway. Its scope of services across these projects has included DPR consultancy, design engineering, project management, construction supervision and post-tender construction support. As of the relevant date, the Company had more than 28 ongoing assignments and 35 completed projects.
The Company has a diversified order book spanning transportation, marine and port infrastructure, urban development, residential and commercial real estate, and specialised structures. Its consolidated order book stood at approximately ₹2,468.05 million, representing the estimated contract value of the unexecuted portion of ongoing projects. The Company also has in-house capabilities in financial modelling and management to support transaction advisory assignments and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models.
As of June 30, 2026, the Company had 43 full-time employees, comprising civil and structural engineers, urban planners, project managers and specialist advisors.
