IPO Details

International Gemmological Institute IPO has successfully completed its IPO process and is now listed on the NSE and BSE. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the IPO was a book-built issue with a total issue size of ₹4,225.00 Crore, comprising a fresh issue of 3.54 Crore equity shares aggregating to ₹1,475.00 Crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 6.59 Crore equity shares aggregating to ₹2,750.00 Crore by the existing shareholders.

The International Gemmological Institute IPO remained open for subscription from December 13, 2024, to December 17, 2024. The basis of allotment was finalized on December 18, 2024, and the company's shares were listed on the NSE and BSE on December 20, 2024.
