About Hy-Tech Engineers Limited

Hy-Tech Engineers Limited, incorporated in December 1978, is an engineering company engaged in the design, manufacture and supply of hydraulic fittings for a wide range of industrial applications. With more than four decades of experience in the hydraulics industry, the Company has established a diversified product portfolio comprising over 11,000 SKUs. Its offerings include DIN-metric fittings, JIC flared and flareless fittings, O-Ring Face Seal (ORFS) fittings, conversion fittings and customized hydraulic fittings designed to meet specific customer requirements.

The Company follows a B2B business model, catering to both domestic and international markets. It serves OEMs and industrial customers through a combination of direct sales, authorized distributors and distribution partners. Its products are used across several industries, including construction machinery, automotive, agricultural and farming machinery, injection moulding machines and hydraulic systems. In addition, certifications for railway and defence applications provide the Company with access to specialized and regulated market segments.

As of March 31, 2026, Hy-Tech Engineers had an international presence across several key markets, including the USA, Belgium, Poland, Russia, Brazil, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Hungary, the UAE, Thailand and Germany. This geographical presence supports the Company's international sales and enables it to serve customers across multiple industrial markets.

Manufacturing and Backward Integration

Hy-Tech Engineers operates manufacturing facilities located at Thane, Shirwal, Kavathe and Pithampur. These facilities are supported by the Company's Nashik unit, which manufactures and supplies forged components to the other manufacturing facilities. This backward integration strategy provides greater control over the Company's component supply chain and supports manufacturing efficiency, quality control and production continuity.

Human Resources

As of March 31, 2026, the Company employed 468 permanent employees and had a contractual workforce of 253 personnel. Its workforce spans key operational and corporate functions, including production, finance, sales and marketing, quality control, supply chain management, design and human resources.
