Incorporated in June 2015 as Credent Cold Chain Logistics Private Limited, Credent Connect N Care Limited is an integrated healthcare services and logistics company providing technology-enabled operational, workforce management and supply chain solutions to healthcare institutions and enterprises across India. The Company primarily follows a business-to-business (B2B) model, catering to a diverse customer base comprising diagnostic laboratories, in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) companies, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare organisations.

The Company offers a comprehensive range of healthcare and logistics solutions across the healthcare value chain. Its service portfolio includes home sample collection through trained phlebotomists, stationed phlebotomy and laboratory manpower services, diagnostic and paramedical staffing, healthcare logistics, operations and supply chain management, corporate wellness services, and technology-enabled courier aggregation through its “C3 Post” platform.

Through its healthcare logistics business, Credent Connect N Care facilitates the movement of diagnostic samples, medical supplies, reagents, medicines and other healthcare consignments. The Company provides time-sensitive and temperature-controlled transportation solutions, including cold-chain logistics, designed to maintain the integrity and required conditions of healthcare products and diagnostic materials during transit.

The Company has established a pan-India operating network, supported by warehouses, branch offices, commercial vehicles, field personnel and technology platforms. These technology solutions enable shipment tracking, workforce management, operational coordination and service monitoring, thereby supporting efficient execution of healthcare and logistics operations across multiple locations.

In addition to its core healthcare logistics and workforce solutions, the Company operates its corporate wellness business under the “C3 Wellness” brand. Through this vertical, the Company provides a range of preventive and employee healthcare services, including health camps, vaccination programmes, preventive health check-ups, radiology and diagnostic services, and deployment of on-ground healthcare manpower for corporate and institutional clients.

As of September 30, 2025, Credent Connect N Care had a total workforce of approximately 5,720 employees, comprising payroll and contractual personnel, along with 2,039 riders supporting its logistics and delivery operations. This workforce enables the Company to provide healthcare and logistics services across a broad geographic footprint and supports its ability to manage large-scale, time-sensitive healthcare requirements.

The Company has expanded its capabilities and service offerings through strategic acquisitions, including Credent Healthcare Private Limited, Credent Team Private Limited and Alltrak Technologies Private Limited. These acquisitions have enabled the Company to strengthen its presence across healthcare services, manpower solutions, technology and logistics operations and to broaden the range of services offered to its customers.
