About Alpine Texworld Limited

Incorporated in February 2016, Alpine Texworld Ltd. is an integrated textile manufacturer engaged in the manufacturing and trading of grey fabric and cotton yarn. The company operates across the textile value chain, including weaving, spinning, yarn sizing, and fabric processing, serving garment manufacturers, textile traders, and other industrial customers.

The company commenced commercial production in 2017 and has steadily expanded its manufacturing capabilities in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. To strengthen backward integration and reduce reliance on external suppliers, Alpine commissioned a dedicated spinning facility in 2025, improving operational efficiency, product quality, and cost control.

Alpine Texworld operates advanced manufacturing facilities equipped with 112 Toyota shuttleless air-jet looms, delivering an installed weaving capacity of approximately 180 lakh metres of fabric annually. The company also operates a Karl Mayer sizing machine with an annual processing capacity of 6,650 metric tonnes of yarn and four Saurer open-end rotor spinning machines capable of producing 6,000 metric tonnes of cotton and blended yarn per year. Through the acquisition of a 97% stake in Alpine Cottweave LLP, the company further expanded its manufacturing base by adding 72 Picanol air-jet looms, increasing the group's consolidated weaving capacity to around 276 lakh metres annually.

Manufacturing remains the company's primary revenue driver, contributing more than 97% of total revenue in FY2026, with grey fabric accounting for nearly 97% of revenue from operations.

The company is also committed to sustainable manufacturing through renewable energy initiatives. It has installed approximately 10.3 MW of solar power capacity, comprising a 5.4 MW ground-mounted solar plant in Banaskantha and rooftop solar installations at its manufacturing facilities, helping reduce energy costs and improve environmental sustainability.

As of March 31, 2026, Alpine Texworld employed 164 people across its operations.
