About the Company

Bagmane Prime Office REIT is a commercial real estate investment trust that owns and operates high-quality Grade A+ office parks in Bengaluru, one of India’s most prominent office markets. Its portfolio is strategically located across key business districts in the city and is largely leased to multinational corporations and leading global technology firms.

As of June 30, 2025, the REIT’s portfolio included six Grade A+ business parks, spanning a total area of 20.3 million square feet, with 19.6 million square feet available for leasing. The portfolio maintained a strong committed occupancy level of 97.9%. In addition to completed office spaces, it also comprises under-construction assets, future development projects, as well as hospitality and solar power components.

The tenant mix features major global companies such as Google, Amazon, and Nvidia, along with other multinational enterprises in the technology and allied sectors. The REIT emphasizes long-term leasing relationships, tailored built-to-suit office spaces, and opportunities for tenant expansion within its existing parks.
